Common questions

How is "resolution" defined?
A conversation is counted as resolved if it closed without a human reply and the customer didn't reopen it within 48 hours. You can adjust the reopen window in settings.
How is revenue attributed to chat?
Last-touch within a configurable window (default 24 hours). If a customer touched a chat session and then placed an order, that order is attributed. You can compare against an untouched control to validate lift.
Can I export the data?
Yes — CSV export from any dashboard, scheduled email digests, and a read API on higher tiers for piping into BigQuery, Sheets, or your own BI stack.
Does it work retroactively when I install?
Conversations are tracked from the moment you install. We don't backfill data from before AskZoye was active — but the dashboard fills in fast, usually within 24-48 hours of going live.
