Common questions

Do I need to write articles, or can I just upload a PDF?
Either. Most stores start by uploading their existing policy PDFs and pointing AskZoye at their existing /shipping and /returns pages. You can write articles in-app later if you want a public help center.
How often does it re-sync?
URL sources are re-crawled on a schedule (daily by default). PDFs and Shopify policies pick up changes the next time they're saved. You can also force a manual re-sync at any time.
Can customers see the articles directly?
Optionally. There's an embeddable help widget you can drop on your storefront, branded with your colors. Or keep your knowledge private and let only the AI use it.
What happens to my Knowledge Base if I switch from Shopify to WooCommerce?
